My mission is to help people appreciate their physical ability where they are, and strive to improve how they move through yoga, physical therapy, movement analysis and exercise. I take a holistic approach to physical well-being both inside and out, and help women and men feel confident, strong, and empowered to continue their health journey as a lifestyle. I believe if you feel good, you move more.
With over 16 years of experience in physical therapy, 13 years of practicing yoga, and my experience as a runner and dance athlete, I will listen to your specific needs and goals. My experience working in corporate healthcare systems all over the United States, left me feeling unsure about my career choice. However I have found that one-on-one attention and holistic care that you don't get at a traditional physical therapy clinic or yoga studio, I am able to provide better outcomes for my clients. I want you to feel that I you are heard, and I want you to get better and get back to doing what you love.
