Yoga is an excellent way to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. There are many different types of yoga, and we would work together to decide the best approach for your needs. Whether you just want a workout, want to work towards a specific asana (pose), or are injured and trying to get back to a specific activity, I am confident that yoga can and should be part of your journey at any stage of life.

Private yoga with Kelsea allows you to work on the poses and stretches that are most appropriate for your body and at your desired pace. This is a great option for beginners, though can be great for advanced yogis or anyone with any special needs that don't fit into a group yoga situation. Private yoga can deepen your practice and focus on your specific goals.
Private Yoga session rate is $55 per hour in the clinic, add the $20 mobile fee if Kelsea comes to your home.
I will also offer group yoga of groups of at least 3, for those of you who would like to benefit from having a mobile yoga teacher, but do not necessarily want private one-on-one. Contact me directly to discuss scheduling and pricing.
